Please see below for further details about our shipping and return policies.

SHIPPING

ensure shipments arrive quickly and in good condition, however, Sonoma Brothers is not responsible for delivery times or condition of the package upon arrival. Should you receive any package from Sonoma Brothers that is in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately at 707.687.5149 or email us at [email protected] and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Due to current ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) regulations, Sonoma Brothers is permitted to ship spirit products to California only.  Non spirit products can be shipped nationwide with no quantity or state limitations.  Sonoma Brothers actively works with legislation to amend our shipping restrictions and monitors any and all updates closely.  We are hopeful to be able to ship our spirits nationwide soon.

If the shipped order contains spirit, proof of age in the form of a valid ID card will be required at the time of delivery.  The individual signing for the delivery must be 21 years of age or older. If the individual is not of age, the order cannot be delivered and will be taken back to the shipping warehouse.  Please ask the delivery person for further information about how to arrange another delivery day and time.  Sonoma Brothers is not responsible for arranging delivery dates and times once the initial delivery has been attempted.

RETURN

We do not accept returns.

If your order is delivered broken or damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at 707.687.5149 or email us at [email protected] and we will ship out a new order for you at no additional cost.
