Blackberry Thyme Tom Collins
2 oz Sonoma Brothers Vodka
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Handful of blackberries
2-3 sprigs of thyme
Club soda or seltzer

Muddle the vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, blackberries, and thyme in a glass. Add ice and stir thoroughly. Top with club soda, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Herbaceous Gin Fizz
2 oz Sonoma Brothers Gin
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white (roughly 1/2 oz)
Splash of club soda

Dry shake (w/o ice) gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white for about 15 seconds. Add ice cubes and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and top with club soda.
Vanilla Espresso Martini
1.5 oz Sonoma Brothers Brandy
1 oz fresh espresso
1/2 oz vanilla liqueur
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
Coffee beans for garnish

Shake brandy, espresso, vanilla liqueur, and coffee liqueur with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a few coffee beans.
