Club Terms and Conditions
There is no fee to join our club and you may sign up anytime online, via phone or email, or by visiting the tasting room. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
By becoming a member you verify that you are at least 21 years of age. You authorize us to charge your credit card four times per year (March, June, September, December) for a minimum of four club shipments.
You will receive an email two weeks prior to each club shipment noting important dates and details of your shipment and/or pick-up. It is the member’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to credit card, billing/shipping address, club tier, or method of delivery (pick-up or shipping). Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes after the billing cycle has been processed.
The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file the first business day of a club month (March, June, September, December). It is your obligation to update your credit card information online or by phone prior to the billing date. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the stated deadline.If a club shipment is returned for an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping or a restocking fee of $50.
Club purchases, tax, and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed. Merchandise, spirit, and shipping costs may change without notice.
We have negotiated the lowest shipping costs available and are pleased to pass the savings on to our members! Due to current shipping restrictions on spirits, we are only allowed to ship our craft spirits to addresses within the state of California. For purchases not including spirit, we are allowed to ship nationwide.
For deliveries, Federal law requires all Alcohol shipments be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age. Because of this, a daytime delivery address or a business address, is requested. Depending on the items being shipped, shipments are handled by UPS or GSO and cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. Returned or refused shipments will incur a $50 fee.
Tasting Room Pick Up
Due to space constraints at the tasting room, picking up your club release is available on a limited basis and to a limited number of members. If you wish to be a will call member, your name will be added to the list and your spirits packaged and stored at the tasting room.
Will call members are required to pick up their club shipments within 30 days of billing. If a club release is not picked up within the 30-day period, and no prior arrangements have been made, the shipment will be carefully packed and shipped the following week to the billing address on file for an additional charge.
If you miss picking up two shipments you will automatically be switched to permanent shipping.
Holds and Cancellations
You may place your membership “on hold” for one shipment per calendar year with a written notice to our email address at least 5 days prior to a club month. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Requests to cancel your membership can be made at any time, however, should the request be made prior to you receiving 4 club shipments, a $50 early cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation requestion is in a club release month (March, June, September, December) and the billing cycle has been processed, that shipment will be processed and shipped as your final release. All purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable after processing.
Sharing Your Club Benefits
Due to system constraints, we are only able to have one name and one corresponding email on the membership. Benefits are not transferable. You do have the option at any time to request your club release be shipped to another individual. This can be a one-time request or a permanent update. Please note that if the shipments are being delivered to another location, you are still considered the Owner of the membership and your payment information will remain on file and must be kept up to date. It is your responsibility to inform the recipient of all shipping or pick-up requirements listed above. If a delivery attempt fails and the shipment is returned, or if the individual is marked as a pick-up and does not pick-up within the stated timeframe, all stated additional fees will be charged to the card on file.
